Uniway Shopping Mall officially opened on December 22, 2023. The commercial building area exceeds 80,000 square meters, equivalent to about 10 standard football fields, and is currently one of the newest large malls in Shenzhen.
The positioning of the mall is 'Urban Centre Park Mall', aiming to create a three-dimensional public space for art and nature, culture and trend. As a result, the mall is filled with green installations.
In the outdoor space, there are walls and roofs full of greenery. Inside the shopping mall, there is a giant LED curtain wall with a sea of flowers and forests. The combination of technology and nature allows everyone to feel the breath of nature everywhere.

It’s worth mentioning that the popular tea drink shop in South China "Dongfang Gardenia" (東方梔子) and the coffee shop “Earth Forest·Coffee Magic Box” (地球森林·咖啡魔盒) also opened the first branch in Shenzhen here.
In addition to "Dongfang Gardenia", which is famous for its gardenia flower tea, there's also "Earth Forest·Coffee Magic Box" which is known for "blind box coffee" (盲盒咖啡). It’s believed to bring a brand-new dining experience for everyone.
Free shuttles provided to and from Shenzhen Bay Port
If you are planning to shop at Uniway Shopping Mall, in addition to taking the MTR to reach the exit A2 of Line 5 "Guiwan Station", you can also choose to take the free shuttle bus from Shenzhen Bay Port, operating every 20 to 30 minutes, daily service hours from 9 am to 8 pm.
